Caris 10K Walk in California
Loved ones,
I am coordinating a 10K walk in Thousand Oaks, California to benefit Caris Pregnancy Clinics and Caris Prevention Services on Saturday May 27th, 2006. This is an extension of the 2006 Caris Hike for Life taking place in Illinois on May 20th.
Caris is an evangelical Christian ministry that helps women experiencing a pregnancy-related crisis.
In 2005, Caris served over 4700 clients, visited 40 schools with abstinence training, and 273 babies were born. Caris counselors also had the incredible privilege of helping 90 clients come to know Jesus Christ as their Savior. God is using this ministry to His glory!
We need your prayer and financial support again this year. Please pray for us and ask God if He would have you to participate financially.
If you wish to make a donation please place a personal check payable to Caris in the Sunday offering plate on May 14th or May 21st. Caris will mail you a tax-deductible donation receipt.
